Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return
Email us at etienneamiri@etiennelamont.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange. Contact us before sending anything back and we'll reserve the item for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
